Support
Something broken, something missing, or something you just want to tell me.
Try the app first
A few of these are quicker inside Curio, and one of them only works there.
- Deleting your account. Settings, right at the bottom, then Delete account. It happens straight away and it takes everything with it. If you can’t get into the app, the deletion page covers that.
- Reporting a post or an account. Every post has Report in its menu, and every corner has it next to Block. Reporting from the app attaches the thing you’re reporting, so you don’t have to describe it to me.
- Something’s broken. Settings, then Send feedback. It sends your handle, the email address on your account, and the version, phone and operating system you’re on, which is usually what I need to find the bug, and it reaches the same inbox this form does. Hitting reply gets back to you.
Write to me
Anything else, this comes straight to me. Use the form, or email hello@curiocc.app if you’d rather. Both end up in the same inbox.
What happens next
I read these myself. Curio is one person, so there’s no support queue and no first line to get past. The reply comes from me.
I’m not going to give you a turnaround time I can’t keep. What I will say is that anything about a child’s safety gets looked at before anything else.
Curio will break sometimes. Telling me is how it gets fixed.
